Those are all good books. I dont think that list would be complete with out Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

“Richest man in Babylon” for general financial success principles, and of course the all-time classic “Think and grow rich”.

I already read this 3 books and they completely changed my life.
There’s a book that I would definitively add to this list.
“Blue Ocean Strategy: How to Create Uncontested Market Space and Make Competition Irrelevant”

I guess the title says it all, but It’s all about niche down your market along with certain strategies, in a way you can create a market and not just a product.

I found it to be very usefull to the kind of e-Business I’m building.

I can vouch for 2 of these books.

The E-Myth helps you understand how to run your business in a smart, more efficient way. The Four Hour WW helps you understand that you have to work in order to live, not live to work. Very good combination this two books.

I’ll have to read “Getting things done”. Thanks for the recommendation.

This comment is late and the books are old. Still, as far as influence goes “Future Shock” by Toffler is enlightening. There is a group of three books all written about change in the world and the increased rate of change. Most of the predictions are now history given the books were written in the late 60′s and early 70′s/

I agree with 4HWW and I have been fortunate enough to hear Tim Ferriss speak…the guy definately practices what he preaches and I use his book as my sort of paperback mentor.

Agree – the four hour work week and the e-myth book are both excellent especially when it comes to the idea of leveraging business systems. I have not read the GTD book yet, but it is on my list.

Another book that I have found eye-opening along these lines that I remember hearing you guys talk about is “Rich Dad Poor Dad”. That book really challenged my mindset when it comes to money.

Two books I would add to that list are Tribes by Seth Godin and the Sales Bible by Jeffery Gitomer. Both of these offer thought provoking ideas to jump right out at you!
