All of the businesses would basically be seen as one legally and tax-wise. You have to ask yourself if there is reason to keep them separate legally and for financial reasons. I have more than one business that I operate part-time, and am thinking about forming a LLC for the main reason that I am concerned about the liability issues. Can all of these businesses be operated under one LLC? I'm not sure I want to go to the expense and time of setting up a separate LLC for each one. Thanks!
