Hi everyone,

I would have to agree with how Replacemyself.com has helped leveraged my business plans until now and I always thank John Jonas for giving that opportunity to help me learn a lot.

Well, outsourcing to the Philippines has been effective for me since I started building my team to this country. I started out with 4 virtual staff and so far, been easier to have them helping me build my business strategies in the long run.

He wasn’t selected by http://www.getreplacemyself.com. We found him through the special site they talk about, but he wasn’t preselected for us. He worked out great for many months, but just got side tracked enough for us to let him go now.

Jay here’s a question: The VA you just fired, was he also selected through the http://www.replacemyself.com system? If yes, how could this – not so effective/productive individual -’slip through the net’ and what to do to not have this happen again?
