We’re big fans of using Roboform to securely store passwords, login to my myriad accounts and quickly fill forms. It’s a time-saving tool that I use every day of my life. I also buy it for all my virtual assistants.
Today Roboform got even more useful because I took the time to look up a few hotkeys. Here they are for your reference and use.
- Alt-] = Fill forms
- Alt 1-9 = Fill identity
- ALT-R = Toggle the Roboform toolbar
- Alt-P = Launch password generator
Even more hotkeys are available by going to View > Options > Keyboard.
What’s a Roboform tip that you’ve discovered?

I just have a quick question.
On a scale of 1-10 how secure is it because I don’t even trust Firefox / Windows to store my passwords?
Thanks,
Brandon

Well, I have been using it for YEARS with no problems, but I added a master password to the file that stores all the password as a DOUBLE guard. The personal that recommended it to me has been using it for even MORE years without any problem as well. All my business friends use it for ALL their passwords.

Another great program for securely storing passwords if you are using a MAC is the program 1Password – Look it up…
Thank you,
