Signup for the http://www.onlinejobs.ph/ which is $49 a month last time I checked. They pre-qualify employees at this site. You can also find good people at http://manila.craigslist.com.ph/ which is free  but you will need to be cautious of your interviewing. You can track your VA using Google Groups and Google Docs. If you use onlinejobs.ph then I recommend gathering emails from each VA candidate and sending out a Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) email to all of them with your job posting. Read the rest of this entry »

When we’re in school, we’re trained to write like every other academic monkey hanging in the ivory tower.

Your writing instructors loved to give the best grades to the students who could write as if they were some floating intellect in space.
