Hey Jay! I am just starting off as a member of Internet Business Mastery Academy, and I was on the Jeff Walker webinar last night. It was awesome! I signed up for the early notification about Product Launch Formula 2.0, and I received a lot of content from his sideways sales letter : )

He mentioned a lot about the new FTC regulations and how that is preventing him from keeping up a lot of his case studies, which are more or less people who have successfully used his system and in what niche.

A Simple Strategy to Reclaim Time, Reduce Overwhelm and Get More Done

iStock_000003459704XSmallThis week I refreshed my time budget and it is already impacting my productivity for the better. I should really do it more often.

I came up with the time budget when I was tired of feeling like I wasn’t getting the most important things each week.

It’s tricky to balance the recurring tasks of your business week to week – things like content creation – with marketing and other massive actions that will grow your business.

So just like you might create a budget to carefully plan how you spend your money, you should also create a budget for your time.

The Payoff of Time Budgeting

This technique is one reason we’ve been able to reduce the amount of time that we each spend on Internet Business Mastery to twenty hours a week. We have to very deliberate about how that time is used.
